    Nolan Hoang Selected to Academic All-State Team

    Senior soccer player Nolan Hoang was selected to the Boys Academic All-State 2016 Team by MSHSCA. Only 36 scholar/athletes were honored in the entire state. Congratulations!
  • Member-Meneh Sets Lady Lancer Basketball Record

    Congratulations to senior Leketor Member-Meneh who was recently honored for setting a new single season scoring record in the 2015-2016 District title game with 678 points, breaking a record held by Kate Rehmer Top in the 1980-1981 season. Leketor also went over 1,000 points for her career and is currently ninth in scoring.

  • O'Toole Shines in Volleyball at Webster

    Congratulations to Webster University senior defensive specialist Katie O’Toole, LHSS 2013, who was named the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference defensive player of the year. O’Toole is the career digs leader (1,929) at Webster, including 659 this season. She finished second in matches played with 132.

    Boys' Soccer Advances to Final Four!

    The Lancers boys' Soccer team defeated Bayless 2-1 in double OT on Saturday. They will take on John Burroughs in a State seminal game at Soccer Park this Friday at 12:00 p.m. Admission is $8.

    Boys' Soccer Wins Sectionals

    The Lutheran South boys' soccer team won their Sectional game 2-0 over Cape-Notre Dame on Tuesday, qualifying them for the Quarterfinal game on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at Bayless High School in St. Louis. Read more.

    Boys' Cross Country Tops Metro League

    Congratulations to the boys' Cross Country team! They took first place in the Metro League Meet on Friday at Spanish Lake!
  • District Champion Lancer Boys Soccer Team

    Boys' Soccer Takes First in Districts

    The boys' soccer team won the district championship last Thursday by a score of 7-0 over Hancock. They play the sectional game on Tuesday, October 25, at 6:00 p.m. at Lutheran South against Cape Notre Dame. Admission is $7.00. Join us to cheer on the Lancers!
  • Football Wins First Round of District Play

    The Lancer Football team defeated Roosevelt 61-0 in the first round of district play on Friday. They play against Vashon on Friday, October 28, at Lutheran South at 7:00 p.m. Admission is $7.00. Go Lancers!
  • Final Four Lancer Girls Volleyball Team

    Girls Volleyball Headed to State

    Congratulations to the Lancer girls' Volleyball team! They won the Sectional championship on Saturday, defeating Ste. Genevieve 25-18, 25-12 and Dexter 22-25, 25-9, 25-15 to advance to the State Championships on Friday & Saturday, October 28 and 29, at Cape Girardeau. Semifinals begin at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Admission each day is $8.00.

  • District Champion Lancer Girls Volleyball Team

    Volleyball Wins the District Title

    The Lutheran South girls Volleyball team won their MSHSAA District Tournament at Affton High School last night, defeating Pacific in the championship game 25-11, 25-13.
     
    Lutheran South will host the sectional round on Saturday, October 22.  Dexter will play Rosati-Kain at 3:00 pm, followed by Ste. Genevieve vs. Lutheran South at 4:30 pm.  The two winners will play at 6:00 pm, with the winner of that match advancing to the State semifinals.  Admission is $7.00 for ages six and above. Go Lancers!
  • Singing at the National Youth Gathering

    Lutheran South student musicians played instruments and sang in front of 25,000 youth at the LCMS National Youth Gathering.
  • Preparing for a Career in Medicine

    Starting in August, a new class will allow Lutheran South students a competitive edge when applying to collegiate medical programs.
